     Spinach Roll

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
16 oz frozen spinach
2 latge onions
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
Instructions
Saute onions until golden.
Mix with rest of ingredients.
Place in puff pastry and roll jelly roll style.
Bake for 45 minutes on 350.
