Place ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and remove and discard cinnamon stick. Transfer to small bowl, cool to room temp, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Serve with pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, bread cubes, etc.
