Mix the margarine cracker crumbs coconut condensed milk and vanilla together. Press into a well greased 9x9 pan. I like to just line a 9x9 with parchment paper as the easily lift out for slicing. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 min. Cool before icing.

Icing- In a microwave bowl break up the chocolate bars. Add oil. Microwave for one min or so. Stir well. If chocolate has not totally melted into the oil microwave again. Be careful as to much heat and the chocolate may curdle. Once it is free of lumps and well incorporated spread on top of squares.

Refrigerate till set. These should be stored in the fridge as the chocolate tends to liquefy at room temp. They freeze well. I may try a chocolate ganache made from chocolate and cream to see if it is more stable at room temp but these are yummy as they stand. Freeze great. Taste good straight from the freezer. LOL
