     LASAGNA SOUP

1t OLIVE OIL
1 MED ONION CHOPPED
1 SMALL RED OR GREEN PEPPER
4 GARLIC MINCED
1 t ITALIAN SEASONING
1/2 t OREGANO
1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 28 OZ CAN CRUSHED TOMATOES
1- 14 OZ CAN BEEF BROTH 2 C.
 
1 t SUGAR
1/4 t CRUSHED RED PEPPER
4-6 LASAGNA NOODLES BROKEN UP
3 T PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 C MOZZARELLA CHEESE
2 C WATER

Instructions
HEAT OIL OVER MED HIGH HEAT ADD ONION COOK 4 MIN ADD PEPPER COOK 2 MIN. ADD GARLIC,ITALIAN SEASONING AND OREGANO COOK 1 MIN. ADD GROUND BEEF BREAKING UP ANY LARGE PIECES. COOK TILL BEEF IS NO LONGER PINK.
ADD CRUSHED TOMATOES.BEEF BROTH,SUGAR, CRUSHED RED PEPPER AND 2 CUPS BRING TO BOIL LOWER HEAT COVER 20 MIN. ADD NOODLES BRING BACK TO BOIL REDUCE HEAT COVER COOK 10-15 MIN TILL PASTA IS TENDE. ADD SALT.ADD LITTLE PARMESAN CHEESE.
TOP EACH SERVING WITH PARMESAN AD MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
