2 cups pitted Greek olives (such as kalamata)

1 c dried figs, stems removed and rough chopped
|

2T olive oil
|

1 small clove garlic, peeled
|
|
1T fig balsamic vinegar
|

2 tsp. agave or maple syrup
|
|
1T favorite fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme), rough chopped
|
|
2 tsp. Italian or Greek spice blend
|

1 tsp. pepper
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine all ingredients in small bowl of food processor and puree until
combined. Can puree to smooth consistency or leave slightly chunky.
|

Allow to sit for minimum of 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Can be
sealed in tightly covered container and refrigerated for up to a month.

Suggestions |
|
Serve as spread for baguette slices, pita chips, or cucumber rounds. Great mix in for pasta.
