In a food processor of blender, combine the first 6 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, puree till smooth. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated up to 2 days.
Line a plate with paper towels. Cook bacon until crisp. Place on the lined plate. Tear radicchio leaves in bite size pieces. Toss in large bowl with spinach, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Sprinkle bacon on top. Just before serving, add dressing and toss to coat.
