     Grandma's Aspic

Ingredients
4 env gelatin (Knox)
1 c water
2 cans tomato soup
4 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 c salad dressing or mayo
1 c green pepper, diced
1 c celery, diced fine
1/2 c onion, diced
 
1 c stuffed olives, sliced

Instructions
Soften gelatin in water. Heat soup in double boiler or microwave. Add gelatin, mixing until it dissolves. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Cool. Fold in lemon juice, mayo and vegetables. Grease lightly a 9x13 pan. Pour in pan and chill 4-5 hours before serving
