Roast the almonds and sesame seeds in a small amt of oil, stirring constantly.
Mix cabbage, ramen noodles, carrots, green onions almonds and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Prepare dressing. Mix all the dressing ingredients well. Pour over cabbage prior to serving. Crumble dry ramen seasoning into salad and serve immediately.
Optional- slice grilled chicken can be added for a main course salad.
