     Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
6 squares Bakers semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbl water
2 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c confectioners sugar
 
Instructions
Microwave chocolate with water in large microwavable bowl at high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Cool to lukewarm. Beat in cream cheese and vanilla until well blended. Beat in confectioners sugar gradually until well blended and smooth.
