     Butter cream frosting

1/2 lb sweet butter, at room temperature
2 egg yolks, beaten lightly and kept warm in water(stir occasionally)
2 c confectionery sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanila (or 1 tsp instant coffee in 1/4 c water for mocha frosting )

Beat butter until soft, add egg yolks and sugar gradually and then flavoring. (If you want it thicker, add more sugar)
