Bread veal cutlets (flour, eggs, bread crumbs) and fry. While cutlets are frying, cut onion into rings and fry until they have a glazed look. Take brown gravy and put into saucepan. Take 1 can of mushrooms (or fresh cut slices) and drain well. Mix mushrooms, onions and gravy together. Add a dash of salt and pepper and bring to a gradual boil. Serve sauce over cutlets with home fries and you choice of veggies.
