You can adjust the porportions on this to your liking. At enrichment, we only used about half the amount of butter and half the amount of cream cheese. If the final mixture is too pastey, you can thin with water or milk. This recipe also works well with fat free cream cheese and fat free cream of chicken soup. It also freezes well.
