Line a greased 13X9 baking pan with bread slices. Beat eggs until foamy. Add ham or bacon and 1 1/2 c of cheese, stir well.
Add remaining ingredients (except for the reserved cheese). Mix well and pour over bread slices. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 c cheeses on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
