     WW Crockpot Lasagna

16 oz break stones cottage cheese
1 lb 98% fat freed ground turkey or chicken
1 cup reduced fat mozarella
1 jar pasta sauce
1 onion chopped
2 gloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
6 100% whole wheat lasagna noodles uncooked
1 whole package sliced mushrooms

Large skillet spray pan. Heat 2 mins & add onion & garlic & cook 2 mins over med heat. Then add mushrooms & cook another 3 mins. Remove & put in bowl. Same skillet add olive oil & cook turkey for 4 mins. Add salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning. Toss in onion mix. Set aside.
In crockpot, spray all sides. 4 hrs on low heat. Bottom add 3 tbsp of sauce. Mix remaining sauce with meat mixture. Break 2 of the lasagna noodles & place in crockpot. Add 1/3 of meat mixture to top noodles & 1/2 cottage cheese & 1/3 of cheese, sprinkle with Italian seasoning each layer.
2nd layer add 2 of lasagna noodles broken in half & 1/3 meat remainder of cottage cheese & 1/3 moz cheese. 3rd layer add broken lasagna noodles & meat & remainder of moz cheese top with Italian seasoning. Lid on crockpot low for 4 hrs.
44 points total. 8 servings = 5.5 pts each or 6 servings for 7.3 pts each
