Grease 10 inch pie pan. Preheat oven to 375.
Sprinkle Swiss cheese in pie plate. Layer crab and green onion. But eggs, bisquick, and milk into blender. Blend until creamy. Pour over mixture in pie plate. Bake 55 minutes or until center is done. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Variations-
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
1 c diced cooked ham with black olives.
the Bisquick forms a crust.
