NOTE- As for the meats..I often precook a mixture of 50/50
lean burger and sausage with chopped
onions and garlic well drained. However sliced meats such
as salami, ham, taso can work well. As for cheeses, I
prefer smoky gouda. Feta, sharp cheddar and swiss work
quite well. DONOT remove the cabbage core..it is needed
to hold the leaves together.
