     Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Preptime   5-6 hours

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. onion, finley diced
2 c. chicken broth
2-10 oz pkgs. refrigerated biscuits

Add chicken, soup, onion and broth to the crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, tear biscuit dough into 1 inch pieces. Add to crock pot mixture, stir gently. Turn crock pot up to high. Cook until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through to the center.
