3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground red pepper

1 1/2 T olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

3 small sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges

3 small baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 450.
|
|
|
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add potatoes; seal bag. Shake to coat potatoes with spice mixture.

Place potatoes on cooking sheet. Bake at 450 for 35 min. or until tender.
