     Egg Casserole for Brunch

Ingredients
6-8 slices of bread (crust removed)
butter or margarine
1 lb cooked and crumbled breakfast meat (sausage or bacon)
3 c sharp cheddar cheese
2 c milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
8 eggs, well beaten
 

Instructions
Lightly spread both sides of bread with butter. Place in greased 9X12 baking dish. Cover the bread with breakfast meat. Sprinkle cheese over all. Mix a small portion of the milk with the dry mustard until well blended. Add the remaining milk and eggs. Blend. Pour this over layers in the baking dish. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered in morning at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
