     Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients
4 c 1 inch sliced rhubarb
1 1/3 c sugar
4 tbl flour (sub 1 tbl tapioca for 1 tbl flour)
dash salt
one pie crust
6-8 strawberries
2 tbl butter
 

Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients and let sit while making crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Fill crust with mixture. Slice 6-8 strawberries over the top. Dot with butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Turn oven down to 400 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes more.
