Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and egg whites in large mixing bowl. Beat 15 minutes until very stiff. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Spoon into pastry shell. Freeze until firm. Yield on 10 inch pie or small tarts.
Note- For a higher pie, add more berries and beat 25 to 30 minutes.
