Line bottom of 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.
Blend together pudding and 3 c. milk for 2 minutes, then add Cool whip and set aside.

Melt together chocolate, butter and 3 T. milk.
Pour over powdered sugar and stir or beat.

|
Take filling and spread 1/2 over graham crackers.
Place another layer on top.
Spread rest of filling on top.
Place final layer of graham crackers on top.

|
Pour chocolate mixture on top (warm slightly, if necessary to spread).
Chill overnight in fridge or until graham crackers are soft.
