Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg
gradually, stir in the flour and chopped nuts.
If the mixture is too sticky, add some more
flour. Shape into a long roll, wrap in aluminum
foil. Put it in the fridge, for several hours.
Grease a baking tin, cut the roll into thin
pieces. Place the biscuits widely spaced on the
tray. Bake for 12-15 minutes, middle shelf, at
gas mark 200c or until golden brown. Enjoy -)
