Beat eggs, add milk and flour gradually.
Beat in rest of ingredients.
This will make a very thin mixture.
Swab frying pan with a bit of butter.
Pour enough mixture in pan to make a very thin pancake.
Swirl around to cover the bottom of the pan.
When lightly browned, turn over and brown the other side.
Remove from heat and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Fold into fourths and enjoy.
