Melt margarine in a saucepan then add flour. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Allow to bubble for 1 minute to cook out the raw flour taste.

Add water and whisk vigorously to make smooth, then add broth and parsley. Bring to a boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.

|
|
Remove from heat and add sour cream and whisk rapidly until smooth.
|
|
|
Return to heat and simmer for 1 minute (DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL) then serve.
