Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease 2 ramekins with spray oil over the
sink
|

Crack an egg into the mixing bowl and add the sugar, Mix until
light and fluffy
Add the jam and mix well
Melt the vinegar in a saucepan, add the vinegar and stir. Add the
egg mixture.

|
Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into the egg mixture
Add the milk and mix with the electric mixer until combined.
|
|
|
Pour mixture evenly into ramekins
Place into oven and bake for 15 to 20mins
Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and heat slowly
Once the cake is cooked poor over sauce while it is still hot and
ENJOY
