     Malva Pudding

Ingredients
PUDDING
90g sugar
1 large egg
1tsp apricot jam
70 g all-purpose flour
Half tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
10g butter
Half tsp vinegar
 
40 ml milk
SAUCE
90 ml fresh cream
50 g butter
50 g sugar
40 ml hot water
1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease 2 ramekins with spray oil over the sink
Crack an egg into the mixing bowl and add the sugar, Mix until light and fluffy Add the jam and mix well Melt the vinegar in a saucepan, add the vinegar and stir. Add the egg mixture.
Sift the flour, baking soda and salt into the egg mixture Add the milk and mix with the electric mixer until combined.
Pour mixture evenly into ramekins Place into oven and bake for 15 to 20mins Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and heat slowly Once the cake is cooked poor over sauce while it is still hot and ENJOY
Serving Suggestions
Eat when hot.
