place 1/2 beer 1/2 sauce can in cavity...make sure it
is snug and balanced
season bird to taste...something with a bit of bite
place bird on grill over lowest heat possible
cover
2-3 hours until juices run clear (keep an eye on it
so bird doesn't tip over)
remove bird...and can from bird after a bit (it will
be hot!)
liquid in can makes great dipping sauce!!!
