     Creamy Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs. (about 6 med.) potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-in. chunks
3/4 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Place potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 min. or until tender; drain.
Return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk and butter. Beat with hand-held mixer until smooth. Stir in cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
