     Ice Cream Milky Way Brownie Pie

Ingredients
Brownies-
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup ultra fine sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
 
Ice Cream Pie-
28oz vanilla ice cream (or dulce de luce)
28 oz chocolate ice cream
2 (7oz) pkg milky way or snicker bites
1 jar caramel topping

Instructions
Brownies- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a fork or whisk; mix the cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In a separate bowl; combine the melted butter,sugar, vanilla and eggs. Using a hand mixer; slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until smooth. batter will be thick
Spread evenly into an extra greased 9 inch springform pan. Place springform pan on a cooke sheet and bake for 26 -28 minutes or until a toothpick can be removed cleanly. Allow brownies to cool then transfer to the refrigerator or freezer until cold.
Ice Cream Pie- Wipe the inside of the springform pan to remove any grease residue. Top brownie layer with softened vanilla ice cream. Return pan to freezer until ice cream is firm.
Chop the milky way bites into little chunks. Spread a layer of softened chocolate ice cream o top of the vanilla layer. Top with milky way chunks and return to freezer. Freeze overnight.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with caramel drizzle on plate
