Melt sugar and kayro syrup in a sauce pan over low
heat. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and
cereal. Press into a 13x9 glass pan. Melt chocolate
and butterscotch chips. Pour melted chips over
cereal. Allow to cool and cut into bars.
