1) Mix together all the ingredients beside
vanilla in a pot.
2) Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
3) Add vanilla.
4) Cool partially, then beat with a mixer for 3
minutes or until spreadable consistency.
5) Store leftovers in refrigerator.
