12 to 14 chilies or poblano peppers, roasted and peeled
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl flour
2 Cups each of monterey and cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place peppers under broiler and broil until skin
is charred on all sides, put in bowl covered with
plastic 10 minutes, peel and seed
Grease square pan. Place half of the peppers and
then cover with half the cheese. add another layer
of chilies and cheese..Beat eggs..add milk, baking
powder, flour and salt. Pour on top. Bake 350..45
minutes
