175g strong white flourr
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoond dried yeast
120-150ml warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil

Sift flour, combine ingredients in bowl.
Knead dough for 10 minutes. Leave to rise until doubled in size.
Knock back, knead again for 2-3 minutes.
Roll out on greased baking sheet
Serving Suggestions
Enough for 1 (10-inch) pizza
