     Chicken Souzia cornbread bake

Ingredients
1/2 c margrine
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1/ 4 tsp salt
1/2 egg substitute 0r 2 eggs
1 (8.5 oz) corn bread mix
2 1/3 c. chicken breast
 
1 can green chiles
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 ( 8 oz.) pkg. monterrey jack shredded

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9x13 in baking dish
2. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Set aside. In a large bowl corn, cream corn, salt and eggs. Beat in muffin mix. Fold in onions. Pour into baking dish
3. In a large bowl combine chicken, green chiles, mushrooms, sour cream and salt and pepper. Spoon over mixture to within 1 in. of edge. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 min or until the edges are golden brown
