     Whole Egg Mayonaise

Ingredients
2 Eggs
15 ml. Dijon Mustard
50 ml. Olive Oil
10 ml. Red Wine Vinegar
50 ml.Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
 

Instructions
Break eggs into blender, add Dijon and blitz. Drizzle in olive oil. Slowly add red wine vinegar. Add vinegar slowly to required consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
