Preheat oven 200 C.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add water and oil, mix well. The
dough will be INCREDIBLY sticky and wet! Split the dough.

Lightly flour a sheet of parchment/baking paper. Place half the
dough on the paper, and line another sheet of parchment/baking
paper on top. Roll the dough out thin. Remove top layer of paper.
Gently score/cut the dough to cracker size.

Slide the dough on the bottom paper directly onto a cookie sheet.
Bake about 15 minutes. Flip the crackers over (still on the baking
paper) and bake another 5-7 minutes (no more than 25 minutes, I
found 21 worked well).
Repeat with the other half of dough (unless you bake both batches
together, in that case you may up the baking time by a few minutes)
