In a large crock pot combine beans, chili mix, and rotel. Include all of the juice from the canned beans and rotel. Add to taste salt, pepper and brown sugar. Brown and drain ground beef and add to the crock pot. Add Dr. Pepper as needed to decrease thickness. Cook on high until warm.
