In food processer
mix,chickpeas,cilantro,garlic,
onion,chili,cumin,coriander,pepper,parsley,egg
and lemon juice until mixed but not pureed..add
baking powder and flour and pulse...add extra
flour if mixture is sticky...Refrigerate at
least a hour or overnight...Heat canola oil
till hot and roll mix into balls and flatten
into cylander shape...Fry 4 minutes on each
side, drain...serve with warm pita bread,
yogurt sauce, lettuce and tomato

Yogurt/tahini sauce...Mix 3/4 C plain greek
yogurt, 1/4 C Tahini, salt,pepper, 1 minced garlic
clove and juice of 1 small lemon.
