     Crocked Cheese

Servings   3 Cups

Ingredients
4 Cups shredded old cheese
8 oz cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic minced
1./4 cup dry sherry
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
 

Instructions
Have cheeses at room temperature. Cream cheeses together until blended. Add all other ingredients and blend.
Add a little more sherry or milk to make it spreading consistency.
Cover tightly an refrigerate. Store for at least 1 day to allow the flavours to mellow. Serve at room temperature.
