Preheat oven to 450. Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl. With a pastry cutter, cut in butter until the butter is pea-sized. Make a well, add milk all at once. Stir quickly with a fork just till dough follows around bowl. Remove dough mixture and place onto lightly floured cutting board. Knead gently 10-12 strokes. With rolling pin, roll dough into a circle 1/2 inch thick. With biscuit cutter, cut biscuits and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Re-roll scraps, cut with biscuit cutter until all dough is used up. Place in oven and bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy with butter, honey, or jam. Buen Provecho!
