     Creamed Kale

Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
1/4c water
3Tb grated parmesan cheese
2Tb butter
2Tb heavy cream
Salt/Pepper
1ts EVOO
 

Instructions
Separate kale leaves from stem. Discard stems and roughly chop leaves.
Heat EVOO in pan on medium high heat until hot. Add kale and water. Cook for 1-2 minutes until kale has wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
Add cream and cook 3-5 minutes until reduced. Add butter and Parmesan cheese for 1-2 minutes until incorporated.
