Mix these 3 ingredients together in equal amounts & apply to pans with a pastry brush.
This can be stored at room temp or in the fridge and lasts for a good 6 months.
It can be used in your cast iron pan for easier cleanup.
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in medium bowl and whisk well by
hand. The mixture will be smooth and creamy.
2. Store in airtight container. Eventually the oil will become rancid so only make
what you intend to use 3 month time frame.
3. When ready to use, dip a pastry brush into mixture and spread over bottom
and sides of cake pan.
How much to make? For the pint sized jar try 1/3 cup measures. Bake less? Try 1/4
cup of each. I use a quart jar and 1 cup level measure. If you add the flour, then the
vegetable oil, the Crisco will slide right out of your measuring cup.
