     Chocolate Cheese Cake (My)

Crust- 1 c chocolate crumbs - 3 T melted butter
3 pkg 250 g cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
3 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 oz white chocolate melted
3 oz semi sweet chocolate melted
2 T raspberry schnapps (optional)
3/4 c whipping cream
6 oz semi sweet chocolate chopped

Crust- combine crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
Filling- In food processor or with electric mixer blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Remove half of the batter to another bowl. Stir in melted white chocolate and schnapps if using. To remaining batter add melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate batter in the crumb lined pan and spread evenly. Spoon white batter carefully over top and spread evenly. Bake at 425 for 10 min then reduce heat to 250 for 30 to 35 min till center of cake is just barely firm. Remove from over and run a knife around sides. Let cool completely before removing side.
Glaze- In a small heavy pan bring cream to a simmer over low heat. Add chocolate and stir till melted and smooth. Spoon over cake. With a metal spatula spread to cover top allowing some to run down the sides.
Serve 12 to 16
