Filling- In food processor or with electric mixer blend cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Remove half of the batter to another bowl. Stir in melted white chocolate and schnapps if using. To remaining batter add melted chocolate. Pour the chocolate batter in the crumb lined pan and spread evenly. Spoon white batter carefully over top and spread evenly. Bake at 425 for 10 min then reduce heat to 250 for 30 to 35 min till center of cake is just barely firm. Remove from over and run a knife around sides. Let cool completely before removing side.
