     Huevos rellenos de atún

Ingredients
5 eggs (hard boiled)
2 cans of tuna
Half a cup of mayonaise
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons pepper
 

Instructions
Cut all of the eggs in half lengthwise. Use a plastic fork and scrape out the yolk and mash it up in a small bowl until it is completely mashed up and in a thick paste. Set it aside for now. Make sure the whites of the yolk are completely clean.
Take the bowl of yolk paste and mix in the mayonnaise,the pepper, the salt, and the tuna. Stir it until it turns into a paste-like substance.
Fill the egg whites with the paste until they are filled. Then sandwich them together until they are like a sandwich. Enjoy!
