     Italian Beef Roast slow cooker

Ingredients
1 beef chuck roast about 3 lbs
1 onion quarter
1 can beef broth 10.5 ounce
1 packet dry au jus mix
1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix like good seasonings
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Instructions
Place beef chuck roast into a slow cooker an scatter onion quarters around meat. Pour beef broth over meat.
Sprinkle automatically jus mix, Italian dressing, salt and pepper.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
