     Mom's Chicken Soup (or turkey)

Ingredients
4-14 1/2 oz. cans Swanson chicken broth
1 1/2 c. water
2 heaping t. chicken bouillon ( I use Knorr- in Mexican aisle in a jar)
8-16 oz. frozen carrots (depending hou much you like)
1/2 c. frozen peas
6 stalks celery chopped
1/3 c. dried parsley
2 T dried onion
1-2 c. cooked chopped chicken (use how much you like for more soup or stew like)
 
Spaghetti Noodles (~1" in diameter)-cooked
2 extra cans of chicken broth to thin if desired

Instructions
Bring liquid ingredients and bullion to a boil. Add vegetables and parsley. Boil 10 min to cook veges. Add chicken and boil 15 more min. to mix flavors. When ready to serve add noodles.
Freezing tip: Freeze before adding extra chicken broth to thin. Freeze before adding noodles. (Ok to freeze w/ noodles in it, but they are a little mushy when defrosted).
