100 g dark chocolate (bitter noble), broken into pieces
1 dl cream, stiffly beaten, to taste
2-3 tablespoon crème fraîche for Garnish
Instructions
Mix cornstarch with milk. All ingredients except
vanilla pod and admit mix well.
Mass, stirring constantly bring short pre cooking
over medium heat. Remove the pan from the plate.
Remove vanilla pod. Chocolate admit melt
stirring.
Let cool cream with repeated stirring in the cold
water bath.
Possibly cream draw underneath. Cream covered in a
cool place until ready to serve.
Serve cream in dessert bowls.
Give crème fraîche in a corner of a plastic bag,
bag Shut up. A small corner of the bag cut away,
quickly pull the threads over the cream.
