     Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 can corn (or 1 lb bag frozen)
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Mix together. Bake 1-1.5 hour @ 350 degrees. Allow room in the casserole or pan for dish to rise.
