     Broccoli Rice Casserole

1 large onion-chopped
1/4 bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
1/2 stick margarine
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz can cream of chicken soup
4 oz jalapeno cheese whiz
8 oz plain cheese whiz
(2) 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
3 cup cooked rice
salt & pepper to tast
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Saute onion, bell pepper, & celery in margarine. Add soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
Fold in broccoli and rice. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Put into creased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika or top with grated cheese.
Baked at 350 for 25-30 min or until bubbly.
