     Carrot Caserole

Ingredients
1 pound of carrots sliced in salt water for 18 minutes
Drain
Add 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2/3 cup mayonaise
mix well and put in a buttered casserole
top with the made cornbread Stove Top Stuffing
 
bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
